Prints a Balance Sheet for the selected time frame, displaying
each account sorted and grouped using the Sequence and Group
criteria specified in the Chart of Accounts. |
| Income Statement |
Prints a full-featured income statement with many powerful
selection and formatting options. Product single or dual
column statements choosing from three different formats. The
second column can be YTD or comparative. Any date range can be
selected for each column. Allows rollup consolidation of sub
accounts. |
| Budget Reports |
Display a comparison of total monthly
budget to total monthly actual for each account for the date range
requested. Choose from two formats...Budget, Actual, Percentage of
Budget and Variance Amount OR Budget, Actual, Percentage
Remaining and Amount Remaining.

| General Ledger Report |
Running Balance...a complete general
ledger for the selected time frame, displaying each account in
account number order and complete transaction detail within the
account. Also displays the cumulative balance after each
transaction. This report can be run for all accounts or for
selected accounts. |
| Transaction Journal Reports |
Use this powerful report to review
detailed information using the many criteria selections available
under the Advanced options button. This report displays the
General Journal for the time frame specified and by the transaction
date. |
| Inventory Reports |
Inventory on hand, Inventory to be
ordered and Inventory Adjustments. This report will tell you
who, when, and why adjustments were made to your Inventory Items. |
| Sales Reports |
Review sales with the flexible Sales
Reports in People's Choice Premier. Stay informed utilizing
the powerful Invoice Register. This report will give you sales
information, which is defined by you, by summary or detail, using
specific dates, invoice numbers, sales person, and source, plus many
other valuable criteria. Print customer mailing labels, review
payments by invoice and payment registers defining the date range
and/or customers, invoices or GL Accounts you need to see. The
updated Receivables Aging Reports can be printed with invoice detail
or one line per customer. |

Print your Accounts Receivable and
Accounts Payable to show either one line entry per customer or
supplier, OR the detail for each. |
